My lvl 51 Druid and lvl 1 Warrior disappear

Hello.

Today when I logged in my account I notice my druid (lvl 51) and my warrior (lvl 1) were gone, but all other my characters are there, so I assume it was a bug.
I have restart the client, the pc and still no changes.
So I decide to try create 2 new char with the same name as my lost characters hoping for a message saying "name already taken" but,for my disbelieve i manage to create 2 new characters with the same identical names as my lost chars.

Its there any way some from GGG can help me with this issue, or i need to start again?
