Act 2 - Mastodon Tusks do not drop after Bone Pits boss kill

Area: The Bone Pits (Monster Level 27)

Quest: A Theft of Ivory – “Pick up the Mastodon Tusks”

Related quest blocked: The Trial of Corruption – “Recreate the Horn of the Vastiri”

Issue:
After killing the boss in The Bone Pits, the required quest item Mastodon Tusks never drops. Because of this, the quest objective “Pick up the Mastodon Tusks” cannot be completed and progression into “Recreate the Horn of the Vastiri” is blocked.

Important additional context:

This is my second character.

On my first character (Druid), the quest worked correctly and the Tusks dropped as expected.

A friend of mine is experiencing the exact same issue on their character.

This suggests the issue may be character-specific or related to certain progression states, not a one-off incident.

Steps to reproduce:

Progress to Act 2.

Reach the quest A Theft of Ivory (Pick up the Mastodon Tusks).

Enter The Bone Pits.

Kill the boss.

Check the loot on the ground.

Expected result:
The boss encounter drops Mastodon Tusks, completing A Theft of Ivory and allowing progression in The Trial of Corruption.

Actual result:
No Mastodon Tusks drop. Only normal loot appears. Quest remains stuck and Act 2 progression cannot be completed.

Edit: To resolve this kill mammoth first and then witch, tusk will drop this way
