Ethernet disconnect and wifi crashing when trying to dl the game via Steam

My Ethernet stop working as my wifi when i'm trying to dl the game via Steam. I've log my Steam account and my PoE2 account and i've bought a early access key via Instant Gaming. It's the only game in my library that i can't dl because it crash my internet everytime i try.
