Constant crash on Xbox

Im playing on Xbox series x and almost every map I go into the game crashes and I have to reload game its almost unplayable. Not sure what you guys can do about this, is this on your end or is it just the console?

I have crashed 17 times in trying to play two hours, lost textures 5 times, and been red screen frozen twice and once was in town in the merchants shop. Also on series x.

I've tried removing all mtx, all upscale modes. No upscaling, but nothing seems to work. This is crazy.
