Dodge Roll Sprint and Stun

At this point in the league I've died 93 times..I would guess that 75ish of those are to being stunned while sprinting...Does the game really need to be this punishing, Am I really gaining some crazy advantage from wanting to go a bit faster from pack to pack or just back tracking through a map and one mob YEETs a projectile at me and now I have to wait 5 seconds. The whole concept seems odd...Also half the time I get stunned when I'm just trying to dodge roll and I hold space bar for a split second too long...Can we add something like stuns occur after sprinting for a minimum distance or stuns occur after sprinting for a minimum amount of time. Anyway there are some things in the game that just seem like why do they exist...and the only answer I can come up with is they are there to combat fun...

They became obsessed with loot starvation, survival desperation and limited movement awhile back, when they added the miserably unpopular Ruthless mode to PoE1. This game is the outlet for all those ideas and they suck, bad. lol

Only money will make them give it up. One day, it will feel good to play, but not today.

This league is taking a leap of a bridge according to player statistics on https://steamcharts.com/app/2694490. The sharpness of the drop off relative to past "leagues" probably isn't a resounding approval of the state of the game. Maybe the impending holiday is a factor, but it seems early for that.
