Upwelling support + Lord of The Wilds should not have spirit cost increased

Upwelling - increases minion damage when not full mana (you can use it as support in your Sceptre auras for example)
Lord Of the Wilds - Allows you to use Sceptre in Talismans, halfing your total spirit and doubling cost of spirit costs for non-minion stuff.
