Rares need higher Monster Power

I've been messing around with meta skills ever since their rework back in week 1 of 0.1, and they've always felt bad outside unique mobs, but I couldn't quite put my finger on why.

Recently I started messing with warcries, with bears being a thing and all, and the thing that clicked for me is that rare monsters feel like have a monster power assigned to them that isn't in line with magic, white and unique monsters. White monsters only feel bad when there's few of them, which makes sense (though maybe their power should be increased too with the recent pack size changes), and magic and unique monsters feel kinda good (though meta skills still need more support for building them), but rares always feel like they have give very little energy or whatever your warcry grants when you deal with them, then you reach the boss and you feel like you got everything you need.

In short, the curve feels like it takes a dip when you reach rare monsters, and increasing their monster power for these mechanics can help make them feel a lot better without trivializing the mobs themselves. I would look into white mobs with the packsize changes tho.
