CAMPAIGN BUG ACT 4 PoE2: Stuck in a loop quest

Hello,
i am experiencing a bug during the campaign in the 4th act, after killing Tavakai. The Hood arrived and did what he have to do after killing the boss. I received so the possibility to return back to the ship but after that i was stack in a loop where i am FORCED to continue to assist the hood after Tavakai was killed, without any progression. I tried to click respawn to the checkpoint, going back to the quest to kill Tavakai but now Tavakai is no more present like i already killed but is not there. Can you help me please to fix this bug as soon as you can please?
