Can't use portals in any map

I can not use portals in any map. Sometimes says can't use at this time or is disabled during boss fights, but kill the boss and clear the map, and I still cannot use portals to exit maps

So a day later, no response, logged out completely for the night logged back in and still can not use TP in any map.
