Burning ground / Ignited debuff

The changes to burning ground and how flammability works for them have made ignited ground a nightmare to deal with, this debuff melts your character as if you were made of ice even with max res and ignite immunity charm

"Just dodge the ignited ground" doesn't work here because the "burning patches" mod straight up sets the entire map in fire
