Remove Molten Vault Boss From the Game

There is no reason for 1 shot lava mechanics at all it completely bricks so many builds. Enough said.

It'd probably be sufficient to make it inflict a high-level ignite that you could theoretically recover by draining all your flask charges.

Don't delete the fight - I like it. Hysterical that this could "brick builds" when it's just a campaign boss.
