Hideout does not appear.

I bought several Mystery Boxes and after getting the Hideout I wanted so badly, I tried to place it, but it doesn't appear. It doesn't even show up as unlocked in the shop. What do I do?

If this is in PoE 1 (where you posted), then you have to wait for the patch that enables the MTX in PoE 1.

If this in in PoE 2, you may need to verify it exists in transactions on the off chance it was a map device or something else. Assuming it exists in this link.. I don't open mystery boxes so I'm not sure.

If you did get the hideout and it doesn't show, you may need to contact Support and include the hideout name.
