Mirage Archer Clarity

Hello,

Mirage Archer, the meta skill gem, would really benefit from an indicator or other visual form of feedback to indicate that the skill is off cooldown. At present, there is no indication when it is on cooldown. I propose something like a green tinge to the character model or a timer in the top left UI to indicate when the skill is ready to be used.

I request this because I have enough CDR that I can have 2 mirage archers out but only if I time the CDs exactly. This change would help the clarity of when this skill is usable.
