Item on ritual altar

I saw an item costing 19k tributes in a ritual altar, is this supposed to happen?

It was an unique called Cornathaum, actually it didn't even look good thats why i thought it was strange, it was way above anything i've ever seen
In the end i didn't even had enough tribute to deffer it Shame |
