Is Empowered Flame Breath and Oil Barrage working?

When I consume a power charge and activate Flame Breath, the tooltip damage doesn't change.
Additionally, when I spec into "% increased damage to empowered attacks" on the passive tree, the tooltip damage for empowered Oil Barrage doesn't change either. Am I just doing something wrong? lol Last bumped on Dec 21, 2025, 12:58:23 PM

I did a lot of testing with flame breath. But couldn't make it work either. I did some testing with some keystones that gives extra Damage as X aswell, but that didn't work either.
In the title you say '..and oil barrage". But iirc oil barrage does not say anything about empowering attacks. Flame breath does say it will empower on using the power charge. |

" On the skill UI, Oil Barrage has a separate tab that says "empowered". |
