Update problem

I encountered this problem yesterday, and the prompt said: "There has been a patch that you need to update to. Please restart Path of Exile." However, restarting the client didn’t trigger the update, and I had no way of telling whether an update was available or not. After that, I reinstalled the entire game, and then I was able to launch it successfully.

But when I tried to start the game the next day, I ran into the same issue again. I knew for sure there was an update this time, because a game-breaking build about rage had emerged the previous day. After that, no matter whether I used the packcheck file or deleted all cache files, the same prompt—"There has been a patch that you need to update to. Please restart Path of Exile."—still popped up right after I launched the game and logged into my account.
