Varashta Weapon Swap

There is a delay if you use weapon swapping djinn command skills IF your djinn level changes as a result of the swap. Meaning if you got a scepter in the alternate weapon slot that adds + to levels of minions OR if you got + to their level from the passive tree weapon set (like +1 to cold skills).

Sometimes this delay can cause the command skill to not fire at all especially if you move around.

This isn't strictly a bug as it happens bc the djinns get resummoned if their lvl changes and this is normal behavior.

I suggest keeping the summon animation but make it appear as a visual effect only and remove the resummon time for djinns if possible. If not, make the skill not toggleable but innate - like the cronomancer's skills, not a persistent minion skill but please don't forget ALL the persistent minion related tags so that it interacts with stuff as a minion skill. Thanks.

Why I think this should be fixed - if your djinn's lvl doesn't change as a result of weapon swapping the command skills work smoothly and this makes having +lvls to minions on scepter sub optimal which is silly and also often the command skills don't fire off at all unless you spam the button like crazy (it makes you move slow).

Even if you dont change the Gem Level it still bugs out for me and disables the entire command/djinn from working until i manually weapon swap which then all commands go on a long cooldown.

Even after the recent patch this still seems to be bugged - it's not possible to assign Djinn command skills and weapon swap automatically, they're just greyed out.

Can anyone else also confirm this is still bugged?
