Bonestorm Flight pattern and performance

Just as a feedback:

Currently bonestorm is bad, very bad. Now i know some people use it quite successfully but even those guys(or especially) will understand my points:

1.) flight-pattern: Currently Bonestorm lines up and fires corridor wise projectiles with some kind of spearhat. There is no Focusing even with only one enemy in Range and targeted. This is not only bad but has a hilarious consequence. The size of the mop (or the girth) defines your dps (almost like in real life guys!). What kind of stupid skill is that? How can we fix that? Because i understand that the broad flight pattern has its advantage in higher density. Maybe make skill behavior dependent on neighbors of the target if it has some?

2.) Targeting flying mobs. Or better yet, not targeting them, because you don't. Hopefully you have another skill or power charges because otherwise you're fucked ;) Bone storm cannot hit flying enemies, which is because i think we actually simulate those small projectiles and they miss. Always. No change on speccing hit either, just use something else.

3.) firing angle in height. If mobs are running towards you or are in direct melee range, bone storm will miss about 50% of the time, because the projectiles will just fly above those enemies. This is because the projectiles are generated above the players head and the angle (at least with wasd + mouse targeting) is not precise enough.

With those three problems bonestorm will stay a niche boss dps alternative for bone cage users only.
Even hardcore investment with fork, chain form terrain and projectile speed does not make it better (a little but not enough) and thanks to snakepit "nerf" you need one more support gem for that anyway which makes skill superweak. No change of building one boss link either, because no multiple skills anymore....
