Infinite Loading Screen Issue After Entering Map Portal

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical issue in Path of Exile 2. After entering a portal to a map, the game gets stuck in an infinite loading screen. Even after restarting the client, my character is still forced back into the same map instance, and the loading never completes.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them resolved the problem:

Disabled Engine Multithreading before entering zones.
Switched the renderer between DirectX 12 and Vulkan.
Cleared the shader cache.
Verified the integrity of game files via Steam.
Restarted the game and re‑entered the zone multiple times.
Attempted to use external tools (like BES) to limit CPU usage.
Tried reconnecting and re‑logging several times.
Unfortunately, the issue persists, and I am unable to continue playing with this character because I am stuck in the same map instance.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this or manually move my character out of the bugged map?
