Vaal temple doors can appear closed but aren't

Sometimes temple doors appear to be closed and have the clickable "Door" label. But they are actually open, clicking on the label doesn't do anything, and both mobs and player/minions can clip straight through them.

+1 door status in the temple rarely shows the actual state of the door

I'm getting the same problem, where some doors appear closed, but I can walk right through them.
