Vaal Sacrifice circle in COOP broken

I play with my wife and we are not both getting the charges for the vaal temple after compleating the sacrifice. This just makes the league in coop not fun. because we need to wait so much longer to make our temple runs. And we take longer to upgrade gear in the difficult campaign. We are just in act 2. It is even more anoying because we are allmost sure that we each got charges every sacrifice circle thingy in the beginning of act 1 in league launch but now it doesnt work and it's apperantly compleatly random who gets a charge.
Maybe it depends on whom enters the circle first or what ever.
We cant figure it out.
