0 crashes, 0 fps drops, 0 stuttering, 0 lags.
only teleporting to act3 base town costs 4 seconds instead of 2 second. |

Having insane lag and stuttering issues when loading into zones, the loading takes forever too. The problems they say they fixed, which i didn't have before they "fixed" them, are issue i have now thanks to this fix. It takes 1-2 minutes for the map to stabalise when zoning in, moving anytime before that is a stuttering mess.
