Allow stacking dmg not projectile count

Gems like
minus to projectile count, but + to damage and area of effect will more fit poe 2 design and result with more clarity - allowing us to see the shh on ground. Design more skills that allow raw dmg without increasing projectile count and counter projectile stacking for increased damage.

For now all projectile builds are based on amount of projectiles and attacking as fast as possible - which just work in poe 1 as we don't need to care about anything..
