Unlimit Monster Respawn

Hi, I’d like to report something strange that I’m not sure is a bug.

When I run the Hidden Groot map, I encounter 4 Blood Carriers with the Minion tag. These enemies continuously respawn after being killed.

Since they are tagged as Minion, I assume there should be a summoner nearby. However, I couldn’t find any summoner in the area. I also tried dragging the Blood Carriers far away and killing them, but they still respawn nonstop.
