why I can't open any logbook?

right now I have lvl 65, 68, 69, 72 logbooks
but when i insert them by Danig, none would open, why? did i miss somthing? Last bumped on Dec 18, 2025, 10:12:58 AM

do you play with a controller ? i had the same issue and i must swich to mouse/keyboard UI to be abble to oppen the portal.
