My Level 53 Monk cannot move. Frozen.

My Level 53 Monk cannot move.Frozen.
I killed the Blind Boss on the Isle of Kin and froze.
I reset instance it took me to the ship way point but I cannot move.
I have rebooted computer and Game but still Frozen.

I can move my other Characters but not my Level 53 Monk Fal_Pee_Oh_Ee Lod.
