Purchase not recieved

I purchase a supporter bundle and I never revieved the coins in game but on the POE website I was able to use them to buy those chests that are random rewards based on luck, or w/e. Thing is, I dont know where they went. I dont have them in game. I play through steam. Anyone have advice regarding this matter? I feel like I just lost 30$!
