does "Last rites" works with "cursed ground support"

"Last rites" says
- Cursed enemies you kill are destroyed
- Enemies cursed by _you_ have 50% reduced life regen
- Enemies _you_ curse cannot recharge ES

Does this work with "cursed ground support"
"Enemies on cursed ground are cursed with that hex"
As i can have only one cursed ground, and only 1 curse (due to my curse limit) i believe it is mine, but i'd like confirmation.

Is this curse "by me", or is it a neutral "from the ground" curse ?
