Jamanra Transition takes you out of shapeshift during transition to phase 2

Most of my defences only occur in a shapeshift (bear specifically), so this really fucked me over when I was forcibly turned back into human when Jamanra started the phase 2 transition. He has lingering lightning rods that then completely obliterated my character. Please figure out a way to not destroy my character's defences for a phase transition.
