Lunar Blessing stuck at 0:00 and won't cast but does activate

Was in vaal temple and improved the quality of my helmet
Some time around this occuring my Lunar Blessing got 'stuck' and the buff is staying on my character and will remain at 0:00

the buff is not active at 0:00 however when I press the button to use Lunar Blessing there is no cast animation, however the buff then does take effect

Essentially during this 'bug' I am casting Lunar Blessing without getting stuck in the animation
