Spell totems with Multi-spell interactions

Spell totems seem to be incapable of interacting with spells that have interactions with other spells or in any way with elemental infusions.

Cases that I tested and their results:

Lightning warp spell totem + self casted ball lightning
Result: Totem spams lightning warp on mobs doing nothing (applying debuff to cull when they are low)

Ball lightning totem + self casted lightning warp
Result: Balls from the totem are not targetable by lightning warp

Lightning warp and ball lightning on the same spell totem
Result: Correctly alternates between them (randomly, which seems to be intended) but the spell totem still cannot target its own ball lightning with lightning warp

Anything that creates infusions does not and they do not consume infusions either.
