Dream within a dream achievement

Hi,

It is December and this achievement still doesn't pop for me as it should. I just wanted to check if others had any luck with it?

Have you tried using the /recheck_achievements chat command?

Which Unique Map dropped, which Unique Map were you in, and how had you entered that Unique Map? Did it drop as regular loot from an enemy, or how exactly did it appear? While your character was standing in the map where it dropped, did you use the /bug chat command? If so, what number did you get? GGG need significantly more information to be able to investigate this for you.
