Bad leadership

Will any of the leagues ever come out complete? Evertyime a new leauge drops there is a lot of hot fixes and patches. Endgame is always bad and in your own patch notes you guys say that "We realize the loot drop for the endgame weren't enough so we're fixing the drop values " or something along those lines. Do the developers only play up to act 3 and then quit. You're using us as play testers because there is no way a company with 200 employees can create new mechanics for poe 1 and poe 2 and play test it to make sure its ok and there aren't any bugs. You guys are just waiting until somebody makes a YouTube video about it or writes feedback on the forum because you yourself didn't get that far in the game or didn't think to combine skills in some way that makes the character OP. Are you going to use the players as your testers for the foreseeable future of this game. Will any league ever drop without 13 hotfixes? how did you not know that the Vaal Temple loot isn't good for endgame, did you not make it that far? Will next league also have multiple hotfixes during the first week and changes to the endgame after 2 weeks BECAUSE WE GAVE YOU FEEDBACK? Stop using us to fix your game for you and play the game yourself before you release another league that's not ready. I bet Patch .5 will have 6 hotfixes withing the first week

GGG has always released weak leagues just to buff them later. Annoying as this is its a reality, and they're deathly afraid of overbuffing a league, then having to nerf
