Varashta's Blessing not working with Djinn Command Skills

Like title says, doesn't work at all when any djinn commands are inputted. No tooltip increase, no increase when checking advanced details, nothing. Such a shame for the one thing that is supposed to synergize with the ascendancy and is NAMED after it isn't working. Please get this fixed I'm BEGGING you.

Just to add to this, the advanced information menu shows the damage going up briefly after one command skill is used but then it resets. It resets again after each different command skill used. The tooltip info on just the skill gem tab does not show any updates.
