Mercenary grenade detonation time reduced not showing on skill gem

If i take reduced detonation time on passive skill tree like "Volitaile Grandes" passive and i open the advanced skill gem menu the time is not reduced. So how do i know that it really works now? All reductions / increses to time should be reflacted into the advancde menu.
