End of Act 4 access to interlude acts

For some reason after completing the last boss fight of act 4 and running through The Hooded one's dialogue I did not have the option to transport myself to the interlude acts. I did get a work around by choosing an existing dialogue setting and then his dialogue options updated to allow my to get to the interlude acts.
