The memory could not be read.

I'm having this error every 2 minutes of gameplay:

"PathOfExileSteam.exe - Application Error
The instruction at 0x00007FF77ACF2A5E referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program."

I've tried everything, reinstalling Windows, disabling XMP, everything, and nothing stops this error.

Someone help me, I really want to play.

I noticed that the error always occurs after Lightning Bolt activates and kills a mob.
