How is it nerfed? I play pure wolf and I don't see any difference

It no longer engages whenever a ranged attack hits an enemy -- severely reducing it's AOE ability.

what kind of ranged attacks you using? to me it seems as a buff, cd is not forced to start after finish of blessing and even goes down by 2s with same setup

Anytime my spells trigger from Cast On Ailment, the hits in those areas would proc Lunar Blessing.

True in this case its big nerf but on the other hand it makes sense since I believe the idea was to proc it of wolf's attack to make shapeshift strong rather than just proc it of every chain reaction you trigger cause then you would be just looking for the most broken chain reaction pushing wolf abilities into background. My personal opinion but I understand your point of view as well
