Vaal temple - possible bug

I completed the 6 red gems and unlocked access to the Vaal Temple as usual. However, this time I decided to continue my gameplay without entering the temple map right away. New areas kept unlocking, and I simply continued killing Vaal monsters in the regular maps.

Later, when I decided to enter the Vaal Temple — even after unlocking it again by completing the 6 red gems — Angie was no longer there. The stone rises normally from the center of the circle, but the option to assemble or start the map does not appear.

I have already opened around 3 new portals to the temple after killing many monsters across several areas in Act 4, and I still can’t enter the Vaal Temple maps.
