Stuck in Fate of Vaal loot chest

In Act 1, Ogham Village, after killing the Vaal. I stayed on the circle platform while the chest was rising. I was stuck on the edge of the chest from the beginning of the rising animation, remained stuck. Unable to move. I had to respawn at checkpoint.

This happens to me also in mapping. Currently Tier 7 maps and this is the second time a Vaal chest came up near me and froze my character in place. I have to re-log (go to character select and jump back in with character to fix it)
