Converging Paths Node feels HORRIBLE

1. This node being a spell so not working with Talismans is a strange choice as its one of the druid class's nodes. If you use this as an attack build (ie shapeshift), the skill does practically zero damage since its a spell, it wont ever finish the last 30% of the build up so all the supports that the game suggests don't actually do anything. If the duration of how long the visage lasts depends on this skill actually doing the freeze or stun then it wont last long enough to be worth it if you are an attack build.


2. The timing window to use this skill makes it feel HORRIBLE.

Its does nothing while mapping. So you are just giving up an entire one of your nodes for the majority of the gaming experience.

Having to look up at the stun gauge or the freeze build up number in the middle of a fight to time being over 70% is insanity.

Since it doesn't do anything while mapping you would expect it to be great on boss fights but it feels even worse. On map bosses and other unique mobs the timing of the skill feels soooooooo bad. Having to to try to figure out the timing window in the middle of fighting a mob is a horrible mechanic. You do it too soon the skill does nothing and you are just standing there. You do it too late it does nothing and have to wait an entire cycle of priming the mob again. I would expect the node that is suppose to be a huge single target increase to actually do that, but the majority of the time it does actually nothing. The actual boss walks away so you cant hit both at the same time so you don't get the bonus damage. Or the boss is already half dead by the time its primed so you then miss the window since the skill only does something in the last 30%.


TLDR: The timing of this skill is super bad and feels horrible making the node not worth taking as you almost never actually benefit from the extra damage it could give. The nova should be automatic with a cooldown or triggered or something like that.
