Tame beast skill not working

I keep using the skill but hinder does not apply to the targeted beast (frozen mandibles). I assume this is a bug because I know its possible for this to work correctly.

" I found the issue for ALL companions not summoning. You need to equip, turn it on and make sure your spirit is right. Then unequip your bow/or weapon. It fixed it for my wife, it may be a different item you need to unequip for it to summon. Once it is summoned you can re-equip your item. |
