Lord of the Wilds - Herald of Ice

I'm not 100% if its intended but I'm leaning towards its working as intended and if that's the case I really feel it should be changed.

Using a talisman + Scepter (Lord of the wilds notable passive) shouldn't prevent you from being able to use Herald of ice (or any other herald) Imo

The downsides of the passive are already harsh enough unless I'm missing something, limited to Non unique scepters, -50% spirit, and non-minion skills have 50% Less reservation efficiency. Just having the spirit needed in order to use persistent buffs with the passive is a high enough bar to overcome.

Just seems like its a needlessly high bar to overcome and locking out of heralds seems overly harsh.

Am I missing something about this or is it working as intended and shouldn't be changed?

I just figured it out too.

I unskilled the Lords of the wilds passive
unequipped all weapons
unslooted the the herald
relloged

then reequipped the herald of ice
then reequipped the talisman

Still "Not usable with current weapon set settings"



Which leaves me thinking this is a bug, because now I can't use the herald of ice, at all...
