Stuck in Grand Phylactery L3 Vaal Temple

Killed all the monsters, but the doors won't open. It looks like there is a boss that should activate, but it hasn't. I don't see anything to interact with.
Update: I portaled out, went back to the room, and there was a soul core infuser or something to interact with that, when a soul core was placed inside, activated the boss. Same issue. I cannot interact with the Soul Core Infuser. I portaled out and went back, no change. Still cannot interact with the infuser.

It's fixed but the bug is that the contact area for the interaction with the device is very small. The exile needs to be on a very specific spot for it to be activatable. GL!
Ok now is a differetn bug for me, after I reached the 3rd T3 lab there is no button to interact with so that room cannot be crossed. I'm stuck here also. I have somehow damaged a mob in the room next to this through the wall. There's no door to that room from here though and I can't replicate it. Either way this room is empty and I can't click the `core destabiliser to start the fight

This is still an issue. Please address. Unable to interact with it anywhere I’m standing.

To update on this bug, I have discovered that whenever it is inaccessible.. it is because the room is spawning an additional boss(such as the unchained beasts or corrupted abomination) on the other side of the wall in the wrong room. I have managed to kill it through the wall twice now and it granted me access to the soul core infuser.

Could not find any additional bosses beyond the walls to kill off to present the soul core. I killed all the enemies I could reach in the room across the gap and now can't reach that room to collect the generous loot that happened to drop.  |
