After 0.4 error (Bear swap)

Sometimes for no apparent reason, the walking calamity skill blocks and asks for you to swap to bear form, even if you are on bear form, swaping to wolf/wyvern/human and back to bear sometimes fixes the error but recently i had the bug for an entire map run.
