Unbearable stuttering since patch

Game briefly hangs every half a second now--it's unplayable.
I cleared my shader cache, swapped between DX12 and vulkan, and fiddled with many other settings. I will verify my files and then maybe reinstall. If those help, I will come back to this.

Either it was already fixed or verifying files helped. Seems better now.

Happens to me every 20 minutes of play connecting to asian servers.
