Align Fate (PS5)

Unable to socket any spell into align fate have tested with level 6 fireball lvl 11 elemental weakness and lvl 11 arc. Currently have 116int and lvl 83. It is not giving any error msg just unable to even move the skill to the socket for align fate. Sockets aren't highlighted saying it is a valid skill either
