Crashing on Nvidia rtx 3090 24 gb

Hi everyone. I have played POE for a while and one day I set my settings to max the game crashed and I could never launch it again. I re-installed the game I tried to restore settings via config file nothing worked. So I decided to buy POE II. I launched the game everything looks good until I got to the town. The game crashed. I restart the game get in the game I am in town it looks good again until I got on new map the game crashed again while loading. Since then I never launched the game again. Reinstalled the game several times. Tried all changing direct X, setting the resolutin down, run as administrator, windowed screen, un install windows update, re-install different GPU drivers and many other settings I found here recommended by other players. I play Cyberpunk on ultra settings without any issues. The game doesnt launch anymore crashes immidiatly after launching and restarts my PC. I am lost :-/

Does the Event Viewer have any relevant incidents recorded at the time of a PC restart?

On the left, click on Windows Logs, and then System

On the right, click on Filter Current Log, and tick event levels Critical and Error

In event viewer I found critical : Kernel Power 41
and error : TPMI WMI 1801
service control manager 7000
VOMGR 61
eventlog 6008
volsnap 36

have no clue what that means. Seems like power problem but other games run smooth.

Could you please click on this one, switch to the "Details" tab, and take a screenshot of the "Friendly View" (typically the default), and upload it to Imgur or wherever and give us a link?

I wouldn't rush to overly interpret "Kernel" "Power" as it's sort of describing what took place without really elaborating on why. But it's possible more specific information has been captured.
