Cant interact with Vaal Ruins console

I cant click it, its not highlighted, i cant go through the closed door, its all broken. I have found over 20 portals in a row, tp'd to the vaal room and cant interact or see the highlighted console. cant place rooms. league for me is unplayable. yes i verified my game files, yes i created new instances, its just broken :(

I have the same issue.

please help with this, I literally cant play the vaal content because the console cant be accessed. its been 2 days now

Same issue here ,panel in not active when i enter Vaal Ruins.
