Dannig does not exist

So I transferred from SSF to trade league cuz I got sick of praying for the right essences to craft... and I just have the quest "speak to Dannig" but he is not in my hideout, or at the ziggaurat encampment. Talking to him in town in act 4 does nothing. Ange had the same bug but talking to her in town and clicking my hideout fixed it. Not so for dannig. No recomginations for me I guess...
